How do I cancel my order?

If you're crazy enough to want to cancel your order, call customer services quoting your order number. As most orders are dispatched the same day, you'll have to be quick. If your order is already on it's way to you, returning your item is straight forward. See returns for more information.

Where do Drunknmunky ship to?

Although we’re Drunknmunky Europe, we also ship Worldwide. There are a few certain countries that we cannot ship to, this can be found at the checkout.

How do I know when Drunknmunky have shipped my order?

If you’d like to change your name, email, billing or delivery address log on to my account and click “edit”. NB: changing your identity is serious, think first!

What do these washing symbols mean?

Each of our garments have a series of washing symbols that are used worldwide. They can look confusing to take a look at our Garment Care to help . Always read the label before washing.

What currencies do you except?

All transactions on Drunknmunky.co.uk are in GBP. If you’re ordering outside of the UK payment will be charged at your card issuer’s current exchange rate for GBP. Maybe check this before you buy.

What do I do if I’ve lost the returns form?

You are still able to return your item, please see our Returns Policy for details.

What should I do if my item is faulty?

In the rare case that you receive a faulty item, follow the steps in our Returns Policy. You can return your item and be fully refunded.

What should I do if I’ve received the wrong item?

If you’ve received an incorrect item, follow the steps in our Returns Policy, you will be fully refunded.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

When logging into My Account there is a “forgotten password” option, we will then send you a reset password via email.

What if my order is not complete?

If you’re package is different from your delivery note or what you ordered, please contact customer services

How long until I’m charged for my order?

As soon as your card has been authorised, you will be charged. We will contact you if it hasn’t been authorised or any other problems have occurred with your payment.

Why haven’t I been refunded for the delivery charge?

The initial delivery charge is non- refundable unless your item is faulty. Please see our Returns Policy.

What are your delivery times?

Delivery times change for each country, you will be able to select this on your order at the checkout

Do you extend your returns policy over the Christmas period?

Yes! As some products you buy in December will be used for gifts, we extend our returns to the 16th of January in the new year. 

Make sure all returns/ exchanges are received by this date.
